What’s Your Big Lie?
[SCHOOLS + WORKPLACES]

We all live a lie. In May of 2016, Jordan began asking crowds of students, teachers, parents and employees about the lies they live using an anonymous platform where people send a text from their phones and have it projected in front of the audience within seconds. After surveying some 150,000 people in over 160 live events across North America, he believes that everyone is hiding something deep that holds them back.

In this breakthrough program, Jordan Axani weaves together bold questions and personal anecdotes to help audience members see that they’re not alone. It is ideal for institutions and groups who are looking to strengthen peer support, empathy, and belonging. This program is ideal for grades 7-12, college campuses and the workplace. It also comes in several formats, including an interactive keynote, workshop and pop-up exhibit.

What's the program's availability?
Jordan travels nearly every week of the year delivering the program across North America. Simply send us a quick note to inquire and we’ll be happy to work with you.
What's the cost and duration?
Depending on the location, the program typically costs ~$1000 for grade schools, ~$3000 for colleges, and ~$5000 for businesses. We try to be fair with our pricing. The interactive keynote is between 55 and 75 minutes long, but is flexible to your needs.
Do you share any follow-up resources?
Absolutely. Upon booking, we send our resource kits to help organizers lead up to the event, make the most of the event, and practice our post-event curriculum.

THE UNSPOKEN CURRICULUM + THE UNSPOKEN WORKPLACE CULTURE
[WORKPLACES]

In any organization, there is a significant gap between its culture and the mindset of employees. When both align, any organization is more effective in its work, retains employees for longer, and increases the results it seeks. In fact, in 2016 Google completed a massive internal study of every team that revealed that psychological safety was by far the top driver of team performance.

Psychological safety means that employees and management feel safe to express ideas, take calculated risks, and connect with each other deeply.  But how do we build psychological safety within organizations? Our belief is that efforts to build workplace culture are rendered powerless until organizations are willing to investigate their unspoken workplace culture. And that’s where we come in.

In this program, Jordan uses a mix of anonymous technology and exercises to have the audience share honestly about how safe to be themselves they feel at work.
